The other couriers charge very large customs dueties and it is not possible to calculate in advance what that duty might be as couriers do not provide information on what basis are they charging the customs fees. The opinion requests should be sent only once. We've changed our server lately and this could be the reason why you have received the opinion request twice. We apologize for the inconvenience.
